You can win disputes, you just need to ensure you’ve covered all angles in being able to “prove” a chargeback is fraudulent

Successfully disputing a monthly subscription chargeback from someone who opens a dispute saying they wanted to cancel?

1) Link to cancel/support in charge description
2) Provide proof of no tickets from them
3) Provide proof of usage
4) Provide terms acceptance
5) Explain sign up is self serve and so is cancel
Etc.

You don’t win them all but reputable company people claim they win most with such an approach.
