String Direct To Byte Array

	String sTemp;
	Byte[] TxData;

	sTemp = "Hello";
	TxData = System.Text.Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(sTemp);

Byte Array To String

	String sTemp = Encoding.UTF8.GetString(CommsByteArray);
